When you join a Microsoft Teams meeting hosted by AlphaSys Pty Ltd (“AlphaSys”), we want you to know how your information is handled.
- What we collect: Your name, email address, chat messages, shared files, and any audio/video you provide during the meeting. Meetings may also be recorded or transcribed (you will be notified if this occurs).
- Why we collect it: To support communication, collaboration, and delivery of our services.
- How we use it: Meeting content may be shared with relevant AlphaSys staff and stored securely in Microsoft 365. We do not sell your information.
- Storage & security: Data is stored in Microsoft’s cloud services, which may be hosted in Australia. AlphaSys takes steps to protect your information.
- Your choice: If you do not want to appear on a recording, you may choose to keep your camera off and avoid speaking while recording is active.
