Having made the decision to move from an outdated CRM to Salesforce, MAF’s first attempt at implementation did not meet their expectations. AlphaSys was engaged to revive this project by realigning the configuration with the business’ needs, re-importing their data and providing end user training.
The MAF project involved:
- Running a series of workshops to understand the core issues with the first implementation.
- Agreeing on a strategy for meeting MAF’s short term needs of daily operations, while also addressing their longer term needs.
- Turning the project around within two months, with all data reimported, Salesforce operational and staff adequately trained.
MAF has seen immediate benefits in operational efficiency. Ability to create reports on the fly has made them more strategic. Further enhancements have been performed to automate complex reporting processes and integrate the website for donation management. MAF can now shift efforts from day-to-day operations to better serving their donors and staff in the field.
