Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ through aviation and technology, enabling the physical and spiritual transformation of some of the world’s most isolated communities.
Challenge
After deciding to upgrade from an outdated CRM to Salesforce, MAF’s initial implementation fell short of expectations. The configuration did not align with the organization’s needs, data import issues arose, and end-user training was insufficient.
