Open Doors Australia had many manual processes. Their old system did not integrate with their other systems. They were limited in their ability to do digital marketing.
Salesforce NPSP was implemented as a strong and stable foundation on which to build upon. Salesforce Marketing Cloud was added on top of NPSP to manage marketing and allow marketing automation. For donation payment processing, ProntoGiving, and ProntoPayments were utilised and connected to their payment gateway. ProntoPlus was configured to give Open Doors dynamic segmentation of their database. External donations are easily added to the new system via the Donation Importer tool.
The Salesforce Implementation was a real opportunity for growth for Open Doors Australia. They now have a dynamic segmentation, mobility for processing donations and less manual entry data. Also, now the communication preferences can be updated by the donors themselves and marketing automation is possible.
