Foodbank NSW & ACT had a centralized Salesforce Instance shared across the states. They had data integrity issues and no flexibility to run their own programs. Their donation pages did not suit the theme of the website. Volunteering and scheduling were difficult to manage on the old system.
Salesforce NPSP was implemented as a strong and stable foundation on which to build upon and to manage volunteers. Webforce Connect (WordPress plug-in by AlphaSys) has been used for donations, to configure donation forms. These donation forms were integrated to Foodbank’s website thanks to Form Assembly. The donation transactions were managed with ProntoEngage, ProntoPayment, ProntoGiving, ProntoDI (Fundraising tools by AlphaSys). Autopilot was used for marketing automation. Finally, a face to face fundraising agency was integrated.
Foodbank NSW & ACT has now more flexibility which allows them to grow. Since Salesforce was implementing, they went on a journey of donor acquisition, marketing directly to acquire new donors. They are now able to set up their own campaigns or do what they need to do. They increased their revenue by 1233% in the first year only!
